At Nathlibai, every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. We encourage our customers to review all product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through Nathlibai are considered final.

To maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction, we do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds

Once an order has been placed and successfully delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Although every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • A package with missing items

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following requests will not be accepted:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Incorrect size, colour, or design selected while placing the order.
  • Products that do not match personal expectations.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
  • Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance products.
  • Customized or personalized products, where applicable.
  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
