Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. As Nathlibai follows a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund Policy, all orders are considered final after dispatch.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or dispatched, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Payment Gateway Charges

For prepaid orders, payment gateway or transaction processing charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the customer before processing the refund.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.

As Nathlibai does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after dispatch, customers are requested to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
