Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through Nathlibai are considered final.
To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we do not offer:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
We kindly request customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and shipping details before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
- A package with missing items
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Customer Name
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
- A brief description of the issue
Each request will be reviewed individually by our support team. If the claim is found to be genuine, Nathlibai will determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
Items Not Eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
As all sales are final, the following are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Products purchased by mistake.
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Incorrect size, style, colour, or design selected by the customer.
- Products that do not meet personal preferences or expectations.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
- Products returned without prior approval from Nathlibai.
- Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items.
- Customized or personalized products, if applicable.
No Return, No Exchange & No Refund Policy
Once an order has been successfully delivered, Nathlibai does not accept requests for:

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has entered processing, packing, or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
